3. TO MAKE A BOOKING
3.a Check that the house is available by either looking at the online availability calendar or contacting us by phone or email.
3.3 Complete all parts of the booking form
3.3a. Send the completed form together with a deposit of £100 to the address shown on the form. Please make this cheque payable to Christina Booth. Deposits for Christmas and New Year are 50% of the rental with balance payable 3 months in advance.
3.3b. Pay the balance of the holiday and refundable damage deposit 6 weeks before the holiday is due to start (we do not send reminders out) or 3 months before arrival if for Christmas or New Year.

4. CANCELLING YOUR HOLIDAY
4.a Once a booking has been confirmed by us by email, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday if it is within 6 weeks of the holiday (3 months if for a Christmas or New Year let) unless we are able to re let in that time minus any processing charges. It is recommended that travel insurance to be taken out to cover any risks resulting in not being able to take up the holiday. UK holidaymakers should also ensure that they are in possession of Form E111 (for Brits only) in case of illness abroad.
